我是Tomcat7.0，网上的一些做法根本实现不了！而且一个copy一个，真的烦。
我的解决方法：
将server.xml文件中的
<Context docBase="wechatManage" path="/wechatManage" reloadable="false" source="org.eclipse.jst.jee.server:wechatManage"/>
改成
<Context docBase="../wtpwebapps/wechatManage" path="/wechatManage" reloadable="true"/>
就好了。
文件的位置在左侧项目目录中的Servers的具体tomcat中（也就是你添加的tomcat）。
虽然这个方法也是在网上找的，但是找了2个小时才找，不知道是我的版本不符合大多数的人，所以解决方法不好用，还是好东西真的很难找，，，
eclipse使用tomcat打开maven项目时，报警告 ?警告: [SetContextPropertiesRule]{Context} Setting property 'source' to 'org.eclipse.jst.jee.server:wechatManage' did not find a matching property.
