原因是本地服务器没有正常启动，但我看了一下3080端口确实是正在使用的，查看Server配置也是正常的
于是我手动运行GNS3\gns3server.EXE，发现报错信息:系统检测到在一个调用中尝试使用指针参数时的无效指针地址
出错原因是 winsock 出错
解决方法:以管理员身份运行cmd.exe执行netsh winsock reset然后重启就可以解决问题
